Happy Thanksgiving!

This Thanksgiving, there is a lot to be thankful for. Many families are still reeling from the effects of Hurricane Sandy, and those of us who are able to celebrate the holiday should do what we can to help those in need. So as you sit with your loved ones this year, be sure to appreciate what you have even more than on the usual Thanksgiving. Enjoy the delicious food and the fun, and remember how truly fortunate you are. The Crow's Nest staff wishes all Raiders and their families a wonderful holiday.

Hurricane Sandy Wreaks Havoc Across Staten Island

As a result of Hurricane Sandy, the tri-state area now faces extreme devastation. We were glad to see our  Raiders return to school, and we're hoping that all of our Raider family are safe after this devastating storm. Many Staten Islanders are still recovering from the effects of the hurricane, and it can be very helpful to donate food, clothing, and blankets to those in need. We will be reporting on any steps our school is taking to assist the many who are in need as a result of the storm. In these trying times, it's important for all Staten Islanders to come together and show their support for their community. Our Raider community stands behind all recovery efforts, and in particular those which will aid our Raiders in need.
